Seeking chest and arm exercises that are elbow-friendly
Hi wellness community! I'm looking for some advice on upper body exercises. I've been dealing with nerve issues in my elbow that make pushups and dips uncomfortable. My legs and back workouts are going great, but I've had to stop most chest and tricep exercises. Does anyone have suggestions for bodyweight moves that target those areas without putting pressure on the elbows or wrists? I've tried pushups on my knuckles and with parallettes but no luck so far.
I'd also love to hear from others who have dealt with similar elbow problems. What worked for you?
