G'day mates! This calisthenics journey is a real ripper challenge!

Crikey, I stumbled upon calisthenics a few months back while out on a coastal hike. Thought to myself, 'Now that looks like a bonza way to get fit!' Dreaming of nailing those handstands, L-sits, and muscle-ups while watching the sunrise over the beach. Being the enthusiastic bloke I am, I've gone all out - got myself some paralettes, rings, and even a pull-up bar on the way. But stone the crows, it's harder than wrestling a croc! I can barely manage the beginner moves on the paralettes. Those tucked L-sits? Forget about it! Makes me appreciate you lot who can pull off any of these moves. Calisthenics is no walk in the park, that's for sure. Any of you legends know some proper beginner routines to help a mate out? Maybe some videos or resources that worked a treat for you? I've been googling till the cows come home, but even the basic stuff's giving me grief. Cheers in advance! Time for a mindfulness break and a good laugh at myself. Maybe I'll find some zen and muscle control in my morning espresso. 🌿☕️💪
