Does summer sun exposure provide enough Vitamin D for winter?
Hey wellness friends! I'm wondering about Vitamin D levels as we head into the colder months. If I spend a lot of time outdoors and get good sun exposure during spring and summer, will my body store enough Vitamin D to last through fall and winter? Or do I need to be more proactive about supplementing once the days get shorter? I try to follow a natural, holistic approach to health when possible, so I'm curious if our bodies have evolved to handle seasonal changes in sun exposure. Let me know your thoughts and experiences!
