Blending spinach - any loss of nutrients?

Hey everyone, Craig here. I've been trying to up my veggie intake but struggle with eating large amounts of raw spinach. I was wondering if blending spinach with water in my NutriBullet and drinking it would result in any loss of nutritional benefits compared to eating it whole? The texture is much more palatable for me as a drink. Any insights from the nutrition experts here would be appreciated! Thanks in advance.

Blending spinach shouldn't cause significant nutrient loss. In fact, it may improve nutrient absorption by breaking down cell walls. Just be mindful of potential oxalate issues if consuming large quantities regularly. Drink it fresh to maximize benefits!

Blending spinach shouldn't significantly reduce its nutritional value. In fact, it might make some nutrients more readily available for absorption. Just be mindful of portion sizes, as it's easier to consume larger amounts when drinking. Enjoy your spinach smoothies!
