Alternatives to milk for bone health and height as a fitness enthusiast?

Hey everyone, Brandon here. As someone focused on health and fitness, I'm wondering if there are good alternatives to milk for maintaining bone health and supporting height/growth. Drinking a lot of milk causes me discomfort, so I've been trying fortified almond milk and taking a multivitamin instead. Is this enough to get the benefits, or are there other options I should consider? I can tolerate yogurt - would that be a suitable substitute? Looking for advice from others who may have dealt with this. Thanks!
