Struggling to focus during meditation after long break
Hi everyone, I'm having trouble getting back into my meditation practice after taking some time off. I used to meditate regularly, but now I can barely focus for more than a few seconds at a time. It's been about a week since I started again, but I'm not seeing much improvement. Does anyone have tips for rebuilding concentration and mindfulness skills? I'd really appreciate any advice on regaining my meditation abilities. Thanks in advance for your help!
