As I continue on my wellness journey, I've found that returning to a beginner's mindset can be incredibly powerful. One of my most profound meditation experiences was actually when I first started, before I knew anything about proper techniques. I simply sat in silence, with no expectations or preconceptions.
While learning and growing on this path has many benefits, I've noticed that too much knowledge can sometimes get in the way. There's a beautiful simplicity in approaching each practice as if it's your very first time. Letting go of everything I think I know and embracing that sense of newness and openness has really enhanced my experiences.
Just wanted to share this realization with all of you! I'd love to hear if others have had similar insights in their wellness practices.
