Is Transcendental Meditation Worth the $2000 Price Tag?
I've been hearing so much buzz about Transcendental Meditation lately from celebrities and influencers. They all rave about how life-changing it is, but the $2000 cost for training seems really steep. As someone interested in holistic wellness, I'm intrigued but skeptical. Has anyone here tried TM? Do you think the benefits justify the high price, or is it overhyped? I'd love to hear people's firsthand experiences before considering such a big investment in my meditation practice.
