Anyone else struggle with staying focused during meditation?
Hey everyone, Chris here. I've been trying to incorporate meditation into my wellness routine lately. Nothing too intense - just sitting quietly for 5-10 minutes, eyes closed, focusing on my breath. But I'm finding it really challenging to quiet my mind. As soon as I sit down, my thoughts start racing - what's for dinner, embarrassing moments from years ago, my to-do list for tomorrow. I try to refocus on my breath, but within seconds I'm lost in thought again. Is this normal? Any tips for a meditation newbie? I want to reap the benefits, but I feel like I might be doing it wrong. Would love to hear others' experiences!
