Concerned about my (38M) financial future with my partner (35F)

My partner (35F) and I (38M) have been together for 5 years. I work part-time as a personal trainer and she has a full-time corporate job. We've been talking about moving in together when our leases end soon, but I'm worried about our financial compatibility. I'm passionate about fitness and enjoy the flexibility of my current job, which lets me pursue my interests in music and sports on the side. However, I only make around $25/hour for 20-25 hours a week. My partner makes a lot more with her salaried position. I try to be frugal and keep my expenses low, mostly eating simple meals at home. My partner seems to want more - nicer dates, gifts, etc. She's hinted that she thinks I should look for a higher-paying full-time job, but I'm hesitant to give up the freedom of my current lifestyle. I don't have much savings or financial stability. Growing up without much money, I'm used to living paycheck-to-paycheck. But I worry this is straining our relationship. My partner values financial security more than I do. I love her and want a future together, but I'm not sure how to bridge this gap in our financial attitudes and goals. Should I try to change my approach to work and money? Or are we fundamentally incompatible? Looking for advice on how to navigate this situation as we consider taking the next step in our relationship.
