Do scientific studies matter to you when choosing weight loss supplements?
As someone who successfully lost weight with Zotrim, I've gotten really interested in the science behind weight loss supplements lately. I keep wondering - how much do different types of studies matter when deciding to try something?
Obviously human trials are ideal, but they take so long. A lot of promising ingredients never get that far.
So I'm curious: Do animal studies influence your decision to try a supplement? If something shows clear effects in animal tests, not just lab experiments, does that build any trust for you? Or do you mostly ignore that and wait for human data or personal stories?
I'd love to hear how others think about this. Do you track things like metabolism, appetite levels, or energy when trying supplements? How do you decide what's trustworthy enough to try?
