  1. Subscription Terms

1.1 By subscribing to HEALTH NUTRITION’s recurring subscription program, you agree to pay the recurring subscription fee as specified on our website.

1.2 Your subscription will renew automatically each month or every period you had selected during the checkout until canceled by you or us in accordance with these terms.

  1. Billing and Payments

2.1 You will be billed in advance for each subscription period, and your payment method will be charged automatically.

2.2 If payment fails or is declined, we will contact you, we may suspend or terminate your subscription till payment details are updated.

  1. Cancellation and Refunds

3.1 You can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our customer service at support@healthnutrition.com 

3.2 We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods or unused products.

3.3 We do not accept product returns once the order has been shipped.

3.4 Our Money Back Guarantee won’t be applied on orders under subscription

3.5 We do not provide any level of cover if you choose to stop using the products for any other reason.

  1. Changes on active Subscription

4.1 You can easily manage and change your subscription frequency through your Recharge Profile or by contacting our support team.

4.2 You can change your subscription billing and payment details from your Recharge account or by contacting our support team. 

4.3 When the order is processed we cannot proceed with any changes or cancellations.

  1. User Responsibilities

5.1 You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information, including your shipping and billing details.

5.2 You agree not to share your subscription access with others, and only you are authorized to use the subscription service.

  1. Missed delivery

6.1 After order is shipped and tracking information is provided please contact the carrier if you have any questions on delivery times or changes you would like to make like address, delivery date.

6.2 If the parcel is delivered and you are not there to receive it or it’s missed, please contact the carrier.

6.3 If your package is refused or unclaimed, or if the delivery address is incorrect and it gets returned to us, we will attempt to contact you.If you don’t respond to customer support within 3 working days or if you no longer require the package, we will refund the value of the items, less $15 incurred for the carrier to return the package to us.

  1. Termination

7.1 We may terminate your subscription for any violation of these terms, including non-payment.

  1. Import and Custom Fees

8.1 Your order will be shipped from one of our warehouses in the US, Netherlands or UK , mainly depending on stock availability.

Your country of delivery may charge import duties. Some countries have import taxes and also ask for additional documents, which we unfortunately can’t be certain of, or pay for in advance.

We are not responsible for any custom charges incurred by you. Please contact your local authorities for any further information.
