I’ve been skeptical of meal replacement shakes because the few I’ve tried have been chalky and gross and I just can’t bring myself to do that to my body. This is actually good! I add a scoop with a couple of ice cubes, some water, and a banana to my blender and drink it in the morning. I sometimes have one in place of dinner, too. It’s been a few weeks, and I’m still not tired of it. I’m eating less, and I like drinking this. Win!
