Really liked this product. I took it daily with water, and it provided excellent results. My doctor recommended I start taking a probiotic supplement and I have found this one to be highly effective, easy to use, and reasonably priced. Works much better than other products I've tried. I will keep taking this.

Probiotics are sooo good for keeping your microbiome happy, supplying more "good guys" to fight the "bad guys," and this combined with a good diet make for a happy system. Then you sleep better, BMs are more regular, and the body can concentrate on more important matters than balancing the gut biome. These help for that work.
