Nature's Bounty Super B Complex

This was a mediocre product for Nature's Bounty. I picked it up thinking that the potency was going to be higher. I typically do get vitamin b injections, or I have the vitamin b sublingual from this line. I also have some extra vitamin b that I have purchased as well simply because I do not take red meat or pork. So, based on that, I want to make sure I have enough energy. But I don't think that these really made enough difference in terms of my energy levels to tell .

I started taking B Complex a few years ago for the health and energy benefits and I have tried many different brands. This is the best super B complex that I’ve found! Not only can it be taken on an empty stomach without upsetting your stomach, but it gives a nice even flow of added energy, too! Definitely a staple in my household and routine.

I started taking these when I was desperate to find a solution to hair loss. They were recommend along with another product. But I truly believe these helped not only with that but with my energy and weight. I can’t be without them!

This was a good supplement; however there are better ones out there with higher levels of the B vitamins and cleaner ingredients that are more bioavailable. I also don’t like how Nestlé bought them.

These are okay, especially for the price. I have a lot of autoimmune issues so B vitamins are imperative for me to function basically. These are decent but they don’t get the job done like other brands (that are sadly more expensive). I just take two of these throughout the day to keep me going and that does the trick.
