I’ve been taking this product for about one year, my naturopathic dr. Recommended it to me, It dissolves very easily and there’s no taste I drink it down about 4 times per week. I think it’s very good, my dr also takes it she puts it in her coffee. I just mix with water and drink it down. It has 5 strains where the one I was using only had one. This is better…..
