Good enough for the price. I am seeing some progress overall but specially in my nails. I believe if your budget is tight this product is an alternative that will do the job in a bit longer time. Just persevere to see the results.
Does not mix well, even with a frother/shaker ball. I like iced coffee in the morning and I just cannot get this stuff to dissolve. I end up with white clumps even after frothing and trying to shake in a shaker cup.
I really like the idea of this. It's only been a little over a week. I can not say I see any real significant results bc of the short time of use thus far.
I put this in my smoothies! Enjoying this product
