My friends have been surprised by my lack of “fish burps” when I told them I was taking an omega supplement. This supplement is really easy to stay consistent with because of its great smell and taste.
Other fish oil supplements have made me sick to my stomach. This one does not I’m taking four a day, a double dose and no upset stomach at all.
These are suppose to be good, but are large for me to swallow. I found some smaller Nordic Naturals at a health food store.
These are the first fish oil I have been able to take because they have no fish order or taste
I find the labeling of this product misleading. All the other supplements I buy call out the strength of an individual capsule or tablet by itself. Nordic says, 1280 mg. per 2 soft gels. It seems kind of sketchy not to just say 640 per soft gel.
