I am a diehard vegan. I knew I needed to supplement B-12 but was late in discovering that I also needed to supplement with DHA EPA. I have always trusted Nordic Naturals so that is the first place I went to find vegan DHA EPA. I've been on it just over a month and I can say, unequivocally, that my mental acuity has improved tremendously. Before, I was in a fog and found it difficult to concentrate but after about a week on the Algae Omega I noticed improvement.
