These are basic supplements which dont contain collagen so there is a limited amount of ingredients that would make a huge difference in hair skin and nails. They do taste good and contain vitamins and minerals

I’ve been using this vitamins since 2021, they sure made a major difference in my life. After I stop breastfeeding, I’ve notice some hair breakage and my nails were really weak and started breaking.
