I have been taking Biotin supplements for the last two years. The range in price in some cases has been extreme. I have found that this product offers me the same results without breaking the bank. They are easy to swallow and my hair has not shown any decline.

For this price this comes with quite a lot of high concentration capsules. So far using them I've had no I'll effects and can't tell any difference from my previous biotin supplements. They are easy to swallow and have no weird aftertaste. Overall they seem worth grabbing.

I've been using this awhile because my hair has really thinned out. Not sure it's doing much, but just in case I continue it.

Just seems like another vitamine, I see no difference as in my hair growth
