Lavender is one of my favorite doTERRA essential oils. I defuse it at nighttime to help me relax and sleep. I rub a dab of the oil on my daughter's temple's and it truly helps her relax and fall asleep. It is one of the few brands of essential oils that actually smells like true Lavender.
This oil is my go to for creating the perfect “spa” environment. Just crank your shower on high with hot water. Let it steam up. Turn it to a comfortable temp. Climb in. Put a few drops on the floor of lavender. Enjoy the smell.
I used to love dottera but after the pandemic especially oils are not the same quality, when asked questions dottera has not answered them , makes you wonder how pure their oils are.

I’m picky when it comes to lavender scents. Love the quality of this scent. It helps when I have migraines or anxiety and calms me down. A little goes a long way. I like to use at night before bed.
