I use 5mg of melatonin every night to help me fall asleep and help with RLS and my husband takes 30mg (he has a severe sleeping disorder). We started this about a week ago and we’re sleeping better, falling asleep faster, and staying asleep. I do recommend taking it with as small amount of water as possible so you’re not up using the restroom a lot, but other than that it’s great. It’s a new addition. To our “sleep hygiene” routine.
I take this before bed, and it helps me fall asleep faster and fall into a deeper sleep for the night. This is the best flavour I find of all of them it’s not too strong and taste good. You do need to be careful when you’re first using it to understand how much you need to add to your drink. If you add too much your digestive system, the next day will be overworked and be running to the bathroom. My suggestion is to start small and then increase over time. I’ve been using it for about a year now and take two scoops.
Easy to use supplement with an ok taste. Definitely easier to integrate in your routine than capsules. The packaging is minimal and I'm glad it has a scoop in it. It's definitely a good value for the money as you get a month's worth of servings. It definitely helped me to relax and create a healthier sleep routine.
