Optimum Nutrition Micronized Creatine Monohydrate Powder

I specifically purchased this because it's specifically labelled as "micronized." In my experience, standard creatine monohydrate is very gritty, but all the micronized I've ever bought from other brands has been smooth as chalk powder, which dissolves better and has a tolerable mouthfeel. This ON stuff is pretty terrible. If you like drinking sand, you'll love this stuff. I would only ever recommend this if you are expecting standard creatine, not micronized. Otherwise, you're wasting your money.

I bought this product and have been using it a week so far at recommended dose. This brand causes me stomach issues and I have to quit taking it. Other brands have not caused me discomfort before so I have to swap back. I love this company, but this product was a waste of money for me sadly and I cant return it since been used.

I'm not sure if the results I'm enjoying are due to my training, my rest, my diet, my protein supplement, or this creatine. I take it daily because the science behind it is pretty strong. I wish it came with a scoop; I'm never sure if I'm getting the right amount. I wish it dissolved better, the gritty texture in my mouth and against my teeth is unpleasant. I think the process is as good as can be, given the molecule involved. The experience is still better than Creatine HCl, which is more costly and tastes absolutely vile.
