I've never tried plant protein before and I was impressed. The macros i think fit well with any diet. The protein dissolved well in water and almond milk. I think it tastes fine with no bad after taste. It's better cold than with room temperature or tap water in my opinion.
This plant Protein is honestly really solid. The Rich Chocolate Fudge flavor is super smooth and mixes easily without any clumps, which is a big deal. It’s packed with plant-based protein and all the essentials you’d need, and the fact that there’s no sugar or weird artificial stuff is a nice bonus. Perfect for post-workout or just adding some extra protein to your day.
I use this protein for my over night oats because it does not taste good by itself, but you cant notice the smell when you mix with it with yogurt and oats. The package that is come in is very easy to open and is it resealable. Overall is an ok protein not the greatest for taste but it will work.
Not sure what the person who said this was gritty is talking about. The regular whey is gritty. This is powder soft and tastes great.
The ingredients are high quality and very beneficial to your health. I love the taste and texture. The protein powder is great for an afternoon smoothie and really does help with cravings. I love the easy open canister and I definitely will add this to my daily routine from now on!
