I was sent this for free in exchange for my honest review. When I took this after working out I noticed I had less muscle soreness the next day. This was great because it allowed me to do my other workouts without having to go lighter. The pill is a bit large so sometimes it was a bit hard to swallow.
Ok I don’t know if this is supposed to happen while taking this but I noticed having an increase in my libido which is great after having a baby. I’ve also been able to get back into a good workout routine and had energy the do it! I am so glad I have been taking this the last month as I am feeling stronger and better than ever. Planning to continue it!

I really like these tablets. They’re pretty big, but just take them with water and you’ll be fine. I noticed an improvement in blood flow after taking these. I take it about an hour before I work out. I’ll repurchase these.
