NOW Pre-Workout Advanced Energy Powder

I was given this product in exchange for my honest review. I have tried many different pre-workout powders, and generally I get super anxious after taking them or feel itchy all over! This product gave me the right pick-me-up that I've been looking for, and I had no itching! My energy level went up noticeably, and I had a great workout. The flavor is watermelon, and sometimes I feel like it's a subtle hint or 'whisper' of a watermelon; but not this! This is the perfect flavor of watermelon, and it's palatable and delicious. When mixed into my water it wasn't chunky or powdery either, which sometimes makes me gag with other products. It mixed beautifully and drank smooth. I will be a repeat customer of this for sure!

I was given this product in exchange for my honest review. Wow, I was really impressed with this pre-workout! First off, it's delicious. I love anything Watermelon so I was excited to try it and it did not disappoint - if you're a watermelon fan, you will love this! It's also an effective pre-workout without making you feel too jittery or anxious. I start to feel a little tingle in my extremities after about 20 minutes, and it's the perfect energy booster before a weightlifting session or spin class. I also love the functional ingredients they've included, like creatine, L-carnitine, and arginine.

This pre-workout does a great job of getting my body primed for training. It has the benefit of harnessing mental and physical focus without the jitters and itchiness I would get from other pre-workouts. I would sometimes take it if I wasn’t working out to help get me ready to take on tasks at home or on the job. The taste is great and it indeed does taste like watermelon which makes it all the more enjoyable. For an extra punch of flavor, I add an extra scoop to the recommended amount. I was given this product in exchange for my honest review. I tried to like this but I wish that they would give a scoop with it to ensure that I was getting my right dosage. I tried to measure according to the directions but the taste always felt off.
