Liquid IV

I feel that these provide good hydration but they have so much sugar in them. I wish they could find a way to cut back on the sugar. I would drink them so much more often if they did!

I love using these after a tough workout or on a super hot day when I’m feeling dehydrated! Super refreshing and not too sugary tasting which is the best part! Love that they have a variety of flavors!!

i make sure i drink one of these before i go out drinking since alcohol dehydrates you having a little extra hydration before and after helps with no hangovers if i forget to drink one before i go out drinking one or two of these after a night out brings me back to life

We are starting back to school right in my house with Liquid IV and MIIR water bottles! We use this duo daily between kayaking and after school programs. It is perfect for all ages to make sure that we stay hydrated and receive the nutrients that we need to stay healthy. He absolutely loves the taste of these flavors as they are fresh and fruity. I can feel confident that he is getting the nutrients he needs every day while he is enjoying all of the flavor choices that he enjoys! These are so convenient that you can toss one of the packets into your purse, lunch bag, or backpack and go anywhere with them.

i LOVE LOVE LOVE liquid IV. i get migraines and i drank one when i was beginning to get one and i didn’t end up getting one. that has never happened before. this product will have a permanent place in my pantry!
