Struggling with intrusive thoughts during meditation - need advice
Hi everyone, I've been trying to get into a regular meditation practice as part of my wellness journey, but I'm really struggling with intrusive and distressing thoughts that pop up when I try to clear my mind. It's making it hard to relax and stay focused. Has anyone else dealt with this? Any tips for managing intrusive thoughts during meditation? I really want to experience the benefits of mindfulness but this is holding me back. Thanks in advance for any advice!
