Trouble staying asleep through the night - any tips?

Hi everyone, I'm Jean, a 32-year-old woman, and I'm hoping to get some advice about my sleep issues. For the past few years, I've been struggling with waking up in the middle of the night. Even if I go to bed at a reasonable time like 10 PM, I find myself waking up at midnight, 1 AM, or 3 AM almost every night. This is a change from when I was younger and could sleep soundly through the night. Now, as an adult, it's becoming quite frustrating and affecting my energy levels during the day. Has anyone else dealt with this kind of sleep disruption? I'm really interested in hearing about any techniques or methods that have helped you stay asleep through the night. I've been trying to improve my overall health and wellness, and getting better sleep is a big part of that goal. Thanks in advance for any suggestions!

Try establishing a consistent bedtime routine, avoiding screens before bed, and keeping your bedroom cool and dark. Limiting caffeine and alcohol intake, especially in the evening, can also help. If issues persist, consider consulting a sleep specialist.
