Struggling with consistently short sleep cycles - need advice

Hi everyone, I've been dealing with an odd sleep issue lately and could use some advice. For the past couple months, I've been consistently only sleeping 4-5 hours per night, regardless of when I go to bed. If I try to sleep at 10 PM, I wake up around 2-3 AM. If I go to bed at midnight, I'm up by 5 AM. This started happening in May and I can't figure out why. Has anyone else experienced this or have suggestions on how to get back to a normal sleep schedule? I'm worried about the health impacts of chronic short sleep. Thanks in advance for any insights!
