Hey wellness community! I'm hoping you can give me some advice on fixing my totally messed up sleep schedule. With this brutal heat wave, my bedroom is like an oven at night - over 35C! I'm a cool sleeper and can't doze off unless it's under 20C. So I've been staying up all night with the window open and fan blasting, waiting for it to cool down enough to sleep. By then it's 6am and I'm sleeping all day. Any tips for getting back on track? I've tried chamomile tea and meditation but I'm still a sweaty, sleepless mess. Thanks in advance for your help!
