Still exhausted even after sleeping 8+ hours - help!
Hey everyone, I've been dealing with some major fatigue issues lately. No matter how long I sleep - 8, 9, even 10 hours - I wake up feeling completely drained, like I barely slept at all. It's been going on for months and it's really starting to affect my health and wellness goals.
The only thing that's helped at all was trying melatonin for a few nights. I actually woke up feeling refreshed those mornings! But I stopped taking it because I was worried about becoming dependent.
Has anyone else dealt with this kind of persistent fatigue? Any tips or suggestions for how to actually feel rested after sleeping? I'm desperate for some energy and motivation back in my life. Thanks in advance for any advice!
Have you considered getting a sleep study done? Conditions like sleep apnea can cause persistent fatigue despite long sleep hours. Also, check your vitamin D and iron levels. Regular exercise and a consistent sleep schedule might help too.
