Having trouble sleeping after stopping my daily meditation routine
I've been doing a daily meditation practice twice a day for about a year now, but decided to stop completely 3 days ago. Since then, I've been having a really hard time falling asleep - it's taking me around 3 hours to drift off at night. I'm also feeling some pressure in my chest, possibly from stress, even though my heart rate seems normal. I don't want to go back to meditating, but I'm not sure what else to try. I've attempted listening to 852 Hz frequencies and NSDR (non-sleep deep rest), but neither has helped much. Any suggestions for alternative relaxation techniques that could help with sleep?
