Hey everyone! I'm looking for ideas for high-protein snacks I can eat after my workouts. Ideally something around 20-30g of protein that I could prep in bulk once a month and freeze. I'm trying to keep dishwashing to a minimum.
I have a bunch of chocolate protein powder I'd like to use up, but I'm open to other protein sources too like eggs or meat. Cost-effective options would be great since I hit the gym 4 times a week and like to share snacks with my workout buddies.
In the past I've made protein balls, but never found a recipe I truly loved texture and taste-wise. I've been thinking about trying protein popsicles made with Greek yogurt and my powder. Any other creative ideas or tried-and-true recipes?
