Protein smoothies for busy mornings - are they actually healthy?

Hey everyone! I recently bought some ready-to-drink protein smoothies to try as a quick breakfast option. I've been trying to find something nutritious that requires zero prep time in the mornings. I've tried regular yogurt before, but the texture isn't my favorite. These smoothies go down much easier for me. As someone who's still learning about nutrition, I'm wondering if anyone more knowledgeable could weigh in on whether these are actually a good choice? The packaging makes them sound super healthy, but I'm not sure if I can trust all the marketing claims.
