Has anyone tried a carnivore diet for weight loss and migraines?
I've been struggling with weight gain and migraines since hitting menopause, and I'm considering trying a mostly meat-based diet. I've heard some people have had success with this for weight loss and reducing migraines. My plan would be to mainly eat steak, bacon, and pork chops, avoiding carbs and sugar except for the occasional treat. I'd still drink water and diet soda. Has anyone tried this kind of diet? Did you see benefits? I'm a bit concerned about potential heart health impacts, but the idea of simple meal prep and potentially reducing my migraines is appealing. Any experiences or advice would be appreciated!
Get mineral salt for headaches. Start with a half teaspoon and mix with water. Haven't had a head ache since I started. Baja gold is a good brand.
