Hey everyone, Chris here. I've been trying to incorporate more plant-based proteins in my diet lately. I know a cup of peas has about 8 grams of protein, while a cup of rice has around 5 grams. So if I combine them, that gives me 13 grams total, right? I'm just wondering how vegetable protein combinations work compared to animal proteins. For example, a cup of mozzarella has 36 grams - would combining that with peas give 44 grams total? Looking to understand this better as I explore more plant-based options. Any insights appreciated!
