Need help finding a medication to stabilize after quitting multiple drugs
Hi everyone, I'm really struggling and could use some advice. I have a history of using several medications that ended up damaging my central nervous system, including benzos, kratom, and mirtazapine. I've been off all of them for 7 months now, but I'm still dealing with severe withdrawal effects. For the past month, I've been in a constant state of withdrawal and I'm at my wit's end. I have no appetite, can barely function, and am starting to have suicidal thoughts. I desperately need recommendations for a medication that could help stabilize me so I can eat and do the work necessary to heal. Has anyone been in a similar situation or have suggestions for medications that helped them? I'm open to both prescription and over-the-counter options. Thank you in advance for any help.
