My wife (28) is always reading, how do I get her to game with me?

Hello, I'm Bernard (31M) and I've been with my wife (28F) for 3 years, living together for 2. We're both gamers, but she's also really into books. I feel like she doesn't understand how important gaming is to me. I work part-time and as soon as I'm home at 2pm, I'm on my PC gaming until bedtime around 10:30pm. When I have time off, I'll game even longer - until 3am, sleep until 10am, then back to gaming all day. It's my main way to relax and escape from the stress of daily life. My wife keeps trying to get me to do other activities with her - watching movies, going out, or even going to the gym together. But honestly, I'd rather be gaming. When we do go out, I find myself feeling irritable and just wanting to get back to my games. She's asked me multiple times to have breakfast with her, but I prefer to get straight to my PC. I know I can be snappy when I'm focused on a game, and she'll often leave to go read in the bedroom. Then I get upset that she's left me alone. She's suggested I might be depressed or have low iron and should see a doctor, but I've refused. I'm just tired from work and gaming is easy. She says she feels like we're just roommates now. I don't know how to explain that gaming is so important to me and I don't want to give it up. Any advice on how I can get her to understand and maybe even game with me more instead of always reading?
